Rasika Agalave
HR & Counseling Psychology Expert
With a strong foundation in Human Resources and Counseling Psychology, Rasika blends expertise in mental health, mindfulness, and organizational well-being. She is professionally qualified with an MBA in HR and a Postgraduate in Counseling Psychology (PGCCP), and is also a Government-certified Bach Flower Remedy expert (NSDC). Additionally, she is trained in Mindfulness, Yoga, Meditation, and Drawing Analysis, offering a holistic and practical approach to emotional and psychological care.
In just one year, Rasika has conducted over 50 free Mental Health Awareness sessions, along with numerous individual counseling sessions provided free of cost for underprivileged students and families. Her dedication to accessible mental health services has earned her two prestigious state-level recognitions, the Manikarnika Award for awareness initiatives and the Udyog Utkarsh Puraskar for providing consistent emotional support to needy communities.
By integrating psychology into workplaces and daily life, Rasika empowers individuals to unlock their potential, build emotionally intelligent teams, and cultivate mindful leadership.
